The client has accepted these terms and conditions, paid an initial deposit, and agreed to monthly instalments for EMI Qurbani, a project by Silvo Farms.
Funds will be utilised to purchase sheep, provide feed, cover medical expenses, and ensure their care until they reach one year of age. The initial deposit will be used for the purchase of sheep and their establishment, while the monthly instalments will cover feed, medical expenses, labour, and other care needed for the sheep throughout the year.
This includes the purchase of Qurbani sheep and their year-round care, covering feeding, medical attention, and regular check-ups to ensure optimal growth and health. Once the sheep reach one year of age, they will be delivered to the client and processed and distributed if necessary, following all Halal standards
a. Silvo Farm : Responsible for providing sheep, ensuring their health and quality, managing farm activities, and handling Qurbani processing if requested.
b. Client: Responsible for making timely payments, inspecting sheep upon delivery, and reporting any issues within the specified period.
a. Payment: Monthly instalments are to be paid on the 1st day of each month. If the client fails to make payments for two consecutive months, the agreement may be terminated, and the sheep will be reclaimed. In the event of termination, any funds paid will be returned to the client after Eid Al Adha 2025.
b. Delivery: Delivery of the sheep will be made 10 days before Eid Al Adha 2025, at a specified location within the city, upon the sheep reaching one year of age. If clients opt for home delivery, we will transport the sheep directly to their location within the city. The delivery location and time must be reported 30 days before Eid Al Adha 2025.
c. Processing: If the client opts for processing, which includes cutting and cleaning the sheep, we can provide this service at an additional cost on the day after Eid Al Adha 2025. Processing can be done either at our facility, including distribution of the meat, or at the client’s location within the city.
a. Natural Disasters: Silvo Farms is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or storms.
b. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond their control (force majeure).
These terms are governed by the applicable laws regulating the sale and purchase of livestock in the region.
